The Certified Practice Manager credential recognises a member's years of experience and skill development in the profession of Practice Management.
Elgibility criteria to apply
To apply to become a Certified Practice Manger, you must:
- have been a full, financial member of AAPM for a minimum of 12 months
- hold a Diploma of Professional Practice Management (or equivalent) or a higher business/management-related qualification
- have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Practice/Business Manager
- demonstrate accrual of a minimum of 200 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points within the previous triennium (three year period)
- agree to maintain 200 CPD points per triennium to ensure eligibility for the AAPM Certified Practice Manager credential.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, complete the Certified Practice Manager application form.
Please ensure that the completed form is returned to AAPM National Office, along with:
- supporting documentation such as academic transcripts or copies of qualifications
- your CPD record
- payment information.
