National Terms and Conditions for the Employment of Registrars (NTCER) 2015 & 2016 GP Training Years is now available.
The NTCER applies to GP Registrars in the Australian General Practice Training Program and the AMA traditionally helps broker the agreement every two years.
The agreement commences from the start of the new GP training year in 2015 and applies to GP registrars in GPT1, GPT2, GPT3 and GPT4. It supersedes the GP National Minimum Terms and Conditions agreement, which applies to GPT1 and GPT2 and now extends to GPT3 and GPT4.
It sets out to establish fair and reasonable basis for employment in order to support an appropriate educational environment. Inside you will find information of base wages and billings, work hours, fatigue management, remuneration, leave, obligations, and disputes.
