This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager who is proactive, to manage the administration team and support the Directors.
Being a hands-on position, your diverse tasks will include:
- Management of Administration Staff
- Monitor and delegate work where required
- Problem solve issues and complaints regarding workflow
- Assist customer queries and problems
- Responsible for HR
- Administer and process payroll
- Responsible for Statutory compliance
- Maintain employee records and annual reviews
- Maintenance and monitor of WHS compliance in the workplace
- Record Professional Development opportunities across staff
- Corporate and Staff Function Coordinator
- Responsible for Accounts Payable
- Manage IT and software Programs
- Participation in budgeting and financial reporting
- Prepare electronic Board Meeting Agenda and Minutes
The Sparkling Candidate:
- Minimum 5+ Years of HR and People Management experience
- Experience within a Practice Environment
