Champagne Recruitment has the privilege of finding a well-respected Accounting and Financial Services Firm their new Practice Manager.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager who is proactive, to manage the administration team and support the Directors. 

Being a hands-on position, your diverse tasks will include:

  • Management of Administration Staff
  • Monitor and delegate work where required
  • Problem solve issues and complaints regarding workflow
  • Assist customer queries and problems
  • Responsible for HR
  • Administer and process payroll
  • Responsible for Statutory compliance
  • Maintain employee records and annual reviews
  • Maintenance and monitor of WHS compliance in the workplace
  • Record Professional Development opportunities across staff
  • Corporate and Staff Function Coordinator
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable
  • Manage IT and software Programs
  • Participation in budgeting and financial reporting
  • Prepare electronic Board Meeting Agenda and Minutes

 

The Sparkling Candidate:

  • Minimum 5+ Years of HR and People Management experience
